Thwarted

I was going to do all of my FDA Law reading for this week today, but our professor hasn't given us the full syllabus yet so I don't even know what to read for Tuesday, much less for Wednesday and Thursday.

Instead, I have decided to take a nap.

America's Next Top Law Student

Our con law professor has been taking students out to lunch throughout the semester; our group of five went today. High point: talking about Top Model and the megalomania of Tyra. Or, the rhetorical style of Supreme Court justices. Take your pick.

British Invasion

In Property today, our professor first hypothesized two children - "Kid A" and "Kid B" - and later talked about a rush of blood to the head. Maybe he'll mention an Oasis album title tomorrow? I thought my Britpop days were back in college...

Personal Days

A couple weeks ago I saw my Con Law professor on the street and it was only a little awkward - he said hi to me first. Today I was in my Torts professor's office and a fellow parent called her about a playdate, which she told me after the call had to do with contingency plans for a lice breakout on her son's soccer team (or at least I think that's what she meant). And after classes today our Property professor waved to me on the street jauntily and said "Hello!" in a bright tone of voice. Will this ever not seem awkward?
